Full job description

We are recruiting for an opportunity to join a global management consultancy within their Business Architecture practice. The firm is currently advising major organisations on the deployment of AI and ground-breaking digital technologies. The Role • Define digital strategies and build business cases for investment in AI and emerging digital technologies. • Develop customer value propositions and business models, including solution blueprints, capability models, and operating models. • Lead delivery workstreams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to structure teams and define features and epics. • Utilise Design Thinking to develop personas, define pain points, and design prototypes to test solution hypotheses. • Manage relationships between technical SMEs and senior leadership to ensure design feasibility, viability, and compliance. The Candidate • Substantial experience in Business Architecture gained within a management consultancy or a complex industry environment. • Proven background in technology-enabled business model reengineering, covering service design, organisational change, or process improvement (Lean / Six Sigma). • Demonstrable expertise in the holistic analysis of AI use cases, specifically regarding the impact on people, processes, data, and sustainability. • High level of technical literacy with the ability to engage technical teams on complex data projects while maintaining a focus on business value. • Familiarity with recognised architecture frameworks and methods is essential.
